An FSB approved Masthead Compliance Officer takes the responsibility to meet all requirements as prescribed by the legislation, and assists HCT Consult in meeting the regulatory compliance required in terms of the FAIS Act, by conducting on-site Compliance assessments in our practice. The Officer recommends remedial action in respect of any areas that need to be addressed and provides HCT Consult with access to the relevant Compliance templates and guidelines.
